conversations on belonging, well-being,
and transformation

speaking

I specialize in speaking to groups and teams about how cultivating meditation, creativity, and a connection to nature fosters more belonging and well-being. These practices ultimately serve the personal & collective transformation we seek for ourselves, our organizations & communities, and our world.

Ancient teachings and modern science both attest to the interrelated and, in fact, interdependent nature of, well, everything. If individuals are unwell, the whole system suffers. Similarly, when we make small, positive adjustments within ourselves, it can impact everyone and everything around us. That’s simple science. Or simple spirituality. Depends on how you spin it.

I have a unique capacity for making scientific and spiritual teachings easy to grasp and implement. I not only explain concepts, I guide experiences. All of my talks involve reflections and meditations that allow participants to hear and understand as well as feel and experience the impacts of contemplative and creative practices.
